Torchietti is originally from the Campania region in Italy. The name Torchietti means little torches in Italian. It is so good and so versatile. Pair it with tomato sauce, Roman alla Gricia (basically a pasta dish with cheese, pepper, and guanciale or pancetta), meat or fish. Chicken, broccoli, and pesto is a favorite. Each bag has 16 oz. of pasta. Our pasta is made with durum semolina wheat grown in the USA, which contains gluten, and is non-GMO. Economy ground shipping included.
